Learn how to sort through the confusion of grains. From millet to quinoa, barley and wildrice – there are so many options and overwhelmingly complex ways to prepare them. This class is wheat free (as are all of Marni’s cooking classes). This class will teach you how to prepare simple and inventive recipes with grains as the base of a wide range of dishes including soups, salads, desserts and so much more!
Sample Menu: amaranth and lentil loaf, citrus wild rice, faro salad, millet croquettes, quinoa pilaf, oatmeal apricot bars
