Here's another one of my favourite recipes! This one is for some of the softest, most chocolaty brownies you've ever had, and with no dairy or refined sugar added.
Start with the dry ingredients:
-1 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup or cocoa or cacao powder
--mix together
-1 tsp baking powder
-pinch of sea salt
-1 cup coconut sugar
Wet ingredients in separate bowl:
-1 cup rice, almond, or coconut milk
-1/2 cup apple sauce
-1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
--combine wet into dry ingredients
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
--oil an 8x8 pan and pour in mixture
--bake for 30 minutes at 350F
