30 Days of Plant Powered Inspiration – Are You Ready Eat More Veggies?

Day 1
It’s time to start taking responsibility for your health. Luckily I am going to make it really easy for you to start eating more plants and changing up your eating habits for the better. We all want to feel better, we all want to look better but it’s a matter of how. It’s a matter of getting that inspiration that fires you up to get out of bed in the morning and to be the best version of you. At the end of the day, we all need to eat so if I can help you make this area of your life just a little bit easier than I am happy, and hopefully you are too!

Since November 1st is World Vegan Day and I am all for things plant based, I am pushing forward with this in mind. Now before I go any further, I want to first say that whether you are vegan or not, it doesn’t matter. Everyone eats plants and we can sure all use more of them. In fact, I encourage you strongly to listen to the ways of eating that best serves you. If your goal is to become vegan or just to eat more plants – either way I can help. What you are going to focus on here is adding in! Not on deprivation, starvation, counting calories or anything else – just simply eating more plants. Find out how below.

30 Days of Plant Powered Inspiration – Eat more Veggies

What – This is a challenge to give you the tools and ideas to bring your eating to life, literally. I want to virtually hold you by the hand to take you on a plant inspired journey. Tackle those collard greens, soak those beans, make amaranth porridge and get to know the whole world out there of foods that you are afraid to try and work with because you simply don’t know what to do or you just haven’t mustered the inspiration or motivation to get there.

Why – Don’t deny it, we can all use more tips and ideas when it comes to eating healthy. Whether this has been a life long journey or you are just jumping in with cold feet. The goal is to inspire you and show you how easy it is to make small changes everyday that can have a big impact on your health.

How – I am going to be interacting with you daily online. I am going to keep you accountable! You are going to be asked to take on some of the tips I am saying, share them on your social platforms and report back what changes you have made using the hashtag #getplantpowered. I want you to engage, get involved and to get inspired.

Where – Online! You will be getting daily boosts of inspiration through social media so make sure you are following @marniwasserman on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I will also be tuning in weekly on Wednesdays at 8:15-8:30 am on Periscope to share some inspiration and to engage with you guys (in person)!

Your Job – Is to share, engage, ask questions daily through all my channels and tell me what changes you are making. We are also going to host a TWEET CHAT on November 18th at 8-9pm so you can ask questions directly and we are using the #getplantpowered hashtag @marniwasserman.

On November 27th-29th. I will be live in person at this event with my team at a booth #96. I will also be giving a talk on My Top Ten Plant-Based Meal Ideas for Busy People on Saturday, November 28th at 3pm in Lecture Hall 203.
