Oil pulling using coconut oil has numerous health benefits for a fresh and bright white smile! Oil pulling strengthens your gums, whitens your teeth, has antibacterial properties, fights cavities, cures bad bread, fights plaque and gingivitis. It also helps to relieve any uncomfortable jaw pain you may be experiencing.

How To Oil Pull:

1) Buy a jar of organic coconut oil

2) Put 1-2 tablespoons of the coconut oil into your mouth.

3) Swish around your mouth until it becomes a liquid.

4) Keep the oil in your mouth anywhere from 15 – 20 minutes.

5) Spit the oil into a trash can. Do not spit it into your sink because it may clog your pipes.

6) Brush your teeth well with an all natural toothpaste to make sure there is no remaining bacteria inside on your mouth.

I know that 15 to 20 minutes of swishing coconut oil in your mouth sounds daughting and increases your morning routine by a lot of time. However you can also consider doing it while doing other tasks like getting dressed, cleaning the kitchen or making food. Start small. Try it once or twice a week for 5 minutes then slowly increase the time over a few weeks so you get used to the sensation and routine. It’s important to start incorporating oil pulling for do for 7 days straight after the trial period to start noticing all the benefits it has to offer. After doing it for a week straight, you can move to doing this process 4­-5 times a week to keep your mouth looking healthy and feeling great.
