Boost your Immunity with an Exotic Superfruit Breakfast Bowl

Always good to be back on set on Breakfast Television. The crew there is so nice, especially Dina Pugliese, who I just adore.

This morning I was there bright and early to whip up an exotic super fruit breakfast bowl using some of the very best super fruits you can get your hands on. To learn more about these fruits read this first!

When it comes to breakfast, this is your chance to load in as much nutrition as possible to set the tone for the day. It’s also an amazing way to get in all your essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants without having to pop any pills (even if they are natural supplements). My prescription is always food first! Using the fresh fruit forms of these super fruits is always best, however it’s not always convenient.

The easiest way is to get your hands on them is in juice form from Genesis Today. The beauty of these juices is that they are organic, no sugar added and sourced ethically. Even more important is that you need so little of them to gain the benefits from them.

Adding in just a couple of tablespoons to your smoothie, breakfast bowl or even your water will go a long way. This is the time of year we need this concentrated source of nutrition to boost our immune system and to help prevent any chance of a cold or the flu.

Make this for breakfast tomorrow and add it to your rotation for fuel in the morning!
